7) Breakfast at Tiffany’s(1961)
Audrey Hepburn plays a quirky, young Manhattan socialite in search of love in this 1961 romantic comedy. The closing scene in this classic film portrays the elegant New York style as Hepburn wears black gloves, tiara, and oversized sunglasses in black.
6) The Hangover(2009)
It’s a crazy comedy about a Vegas Bachelor party gone wild. Stars Zack Galifianakis and Bradley Cooper both look great in the aviator sunglasses they wear in the film.
5) Risky Business(1983)
This coming of age comedy launched Tom Cruise’s career. He is seen here wearing the iconic Ray-Ban wayfarer sunglasses. Many times he is smoking a cigarette while wearing them throughout the movie.
4) Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas(1998)
This psychedelic film stars Johnny Depp as a writer traveling to Las Vegas to cover a desert motorcycle race. To take advantage of the Las Vegas trip, the writer stocks up on every drug known to man, and sets off to have the adventure of a lifetime in the city of sin. Depp is shown here with his yellow tinted aviators with a look of shear paranoia. (Likely from excessive drug use.)

This action drama stars Tom Cruise and Vil Kilmer as US Naval Pilots. Ray-Ban aviator style sunglasses are worn throughout the movie.
2) Almost Famous(2000)
Kate Hudson plays the 1970’s band groupie Penny Lane who follows the rock group “Stillwater” as they tour across the United States. Here is a screenshot from the movie where Kate and one of the band members are on the tour bus. These mirror aviator sunglasses help block the sun after a night of partying.
Al Pacino and Michelle Pfeiffer teamed up in the 1983 thrilling crime drama Scarface. This iconic rags-to-riches movie was mostly filmed in Miami and surrounding South Florida, where sunglasses are a must. Pacino is wearing aviator sunglasses and Pfeiffer is wearing a cat eye style in this screenshot.
